Two layers of recycled silk sari fabric matched together and covered in fine, hand-embroidered kantha stitch. Name of artisan embroidered in the corner. One of a kind and a zero waste product. Embroidered by a women's cooperative in West Bengal.

Shibori Silk Scarves

Light chanderi silk-cotton blend, patterned using shibori. The shibori is hand dyed by a women's Self Help Group in Rajasthan; the fabric is folded, machine stitched and dyed. The stitched areas resist the dye, resulting in beautiful and simple geometric patterns. Finished with machine rolled-edges and scalloped detailing.
